Terms of Service

BloxRadar is an analytics service for creators on the Roblox platform. We collect publicly available data and derive scores, rankings and revenue estimates from it. All figures are statistical estimates, not measurements — see our methodology and disclaimer. BloxRadar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page in USD and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — no email, no phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with a new subscription for any reason, contact us within 14 days of first purchase and we will refund it in full.

You agree not to:

• access the Service by automated means outside the documented API, or exceed your plan’s API rate and volume limits;
• resell, redistribute or republish raw data or bulk exports from the Service as a competing dataset or service;
• share account credentials beyond the seats included in your plan;
• interfere with the Service’s operation, probe its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Reasonable use of exports (e.g. CSV) inside your own team and projects is expected and welcome.

The Service — including its software, design, scores, and derived datasets — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own creator or business purposes while you have an account. Trademarks of third parties, including “Roblox”, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scores or estimates are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from third-party platforms will remain available. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or business advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising from your use of the Service — including decisions made in reliance on our estimates. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you don’t, cancel before they take effect.
