Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

This policy explains what personal data BloxRadar collects, why, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run an analytics subscription service, we never see your card number, and we never ask for access to your Roblox account.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address, display name and password hash, so you can sign in.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, watchlist and alert configuration, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security, quota enforcement and improving the product.
  • Billing data — subscription plan, invoices and payment status, processed by Stripe. We never store your card number — it goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.

2. What we don’t collect

  • No Roblox account linkage — BloxRadar never asks you to connect, authenticate or verify a Roblox account. The game and catalog data we analyze is public platform data, not data about you.
  • No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no data brokers.
  • No special-category (sensitive) personal data.

3. Cookies

We use session cookies only — strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in and protect against request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner.

4. Processors

We share data only with the processors required to operate the Service, under data processing agreements:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Resend — transactional email (alerts, digests, receipts).
  • Hosting providers — the cloud infrastructure that runs the application and database.

We never sell personal data, to anyone.

5. Retention

Account and billing data are kept for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only as long as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window for security purposes. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention of invoices.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live — and in the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR in particular — you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are performance of contract (running your account and subscription), legitimate interest (security, product improvement) and legal obligation (invoicing).

To exercise any of these rights, email support@bloxradar.app from your account address — we respond within 30 days.

7. Changes & contact

If we materially change this policy we will notify you by email or in-product notice before the change takes effect. Privacy questions of any kind: support@bloxradar.app.
