Cancellation and refunds

Last updated: August 4, 2026

How subscriptions renew, how to stop one, and the two separate routes to getting your money back. One is a right the law gives you and the other is a promise we make on top of it.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually according to the plan you chose, and the card on file is charged on the renewal date. Renewal continues until you cancel.

If a price changes, the new price applies only from your next renewal and we tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. You can cancel before that date and pay nothing further.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. There is no retention call, no email to send and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your plan stays active until that period runs out, and nothing is deleted when it does. Your account reverts to the free plan and everything you saved stays saved.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day a subscription starts to withdraw from it without giving a reason and without penalty.

Because BloxRadar is a digital service delivered immediately, there is one condition attached: the right ends once we have begun supplying the service with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that starting early means losing it. Where you have not given that consent, the right runs for the full 14 days.

To exercise it, send us a clear statement to the address below saying that you withdraw. You do not need a particular form of words. We refund every amount you have paid within 14 days of receiving it, using the same means of payment.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

Separately from the statutory right above, every first paid subscription carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, whatever the reason and whatever use you have made of the service.

This is a commercial promise, not a legal obligation, and it applies once per customer to a first subscription. Renewals are not covered by it; cancel before a renewal date to avoid the charge.

Tax and invoices

Prices are shown in US dollars excluding tax. Any VAT or sales tax that applies to your country is calculated and added at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor, based on the billing details you provide.

An invoice is issued for every payment and is available from your billing settings. If you are buying as a business, enter your VAT number at checkout so it appears on the invoice.

If something goes wrong

If something has gone wrong with a payment, write to us first at support@bloxradar.app. We answer billing questions within 5 working days and aim to settle them without escalation.

If we cannot resolve it between us, a consumer resident in the European Union may refer the dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge. Details of the competent mediator are provided on request, and this route is available in addition to, not instead of, your right to go to court.
